If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use Brinto's website, mobile app, or service points.

Brinto is an independent digital service platform that assists users with online recruitment form submissions, document printing, photocopying, certificate guidance, and local service point order processing.

Brinto acts solely as a facilitator to help users submit applications and manage physical/digital documents efficiently.

You must be at least 18 years old or be assisted by a parent/guardian to create an account and request services on Brinto.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and document details at all times.

You are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of all details (such as names, dates of birth, marks, and uploaded certificates) before confirming any form submission order.

Brinto is not liable for application rejections, disqualifications, late fees, or errors caused by incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the user.

Service charges, printing fees, and delivery rates are explicitly displayed before order confirmation.

All payments are processed securely through authorized gateway partners.

Service fees are non-refundable once document printing or portal submission has commenced, except in cases where order failure occurs due to a verified technical error on Brinto's part.

Brinto is an independent private platform and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government department, recruitment board (e.g., OSSSC, OSSC, UPSC), or official examination authority.

All government recruitment updates, notifications, and application portals remain the sole intellectual property of their respective government bodies.

All software, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and brand assets on Brinto belong to Brinto or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brinto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, government server outages, or missed application deadlines.

Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for that specific order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, upload fraudulent documents, or attempt to compromise platform security.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Brinto after modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
