Educational Qualification

Must have passed 10th / HSC / SSC (regular and full-time) from a recognised institute
Must have completed ITI under Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) in the relevant trade from a recognised institute
Both 10th and ITI must be from Odisha state only — candidates from other states are NOT eligible

HAL Koraput Apprentice 2026 — Stipend

All 8 Trades	₹9,600 – ₹10,560 per month

Stipend is paid as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules 2025. Additional allowances like HRA, TA/DA are not included — this is an apprenticeship training programme.

Important: This is a training engagement under NAPS — NOT permanent employment. After completion of the apprenticeship contract, HAL has no obligation to offer permanent employment.
